Building Better Opportunities in Denaby

Well Doncaster is excited for the Building Better Opportunities team to come to Denaby and be based in the Children Centre where they will help people find their way into work.

Building Better Opportunities - Sheffield City Region (BBO SCR) is an integrated, person-centred employment service for people with physical and mental health conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs. It’s based on Individual Placement Support, a “place then train” approach that’s shown to be twice as effective as traditional approaches. The BBO SCR Partnership will support 642 adults over the next 2 years to find competitive employment and training opportunities. BBO SCR has received £2.7million of funding from the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England.
