I’m an experienced businessman and own a commercial strategy and communications company. My background is in UK and US politics, financial public relations and NHS management.

My real skill is what is currently called ‘engagement’ but I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and have turned small companies into very big ones in the past.

At Well Bradford, I’m passionate about a health service free at the point of need, the possibilities of ‘big data’, the wisdom of crowds and modern ways of sourcing this. I’m committed to managing systems to unavoidably deliver tangible outcomes.

My other passions include clean technologies, the mental health charity I am a trustee of in Leeds and my rather fantastic relationship with my rather fantastic partner.
