I am chief executive of a leadership and change management consultancy, and a former senior healthcare academic and local government manager. I specialise in working with people to implement change and improve outcomes for communities and the public. My work includes running large events, coaching, team building, leadership development and bespoke reviews and consultancy.

I support Well North with activities including pathfinder diagnostics, systems leadership advice and specific pieces of work to support evaluation and the pathfinders. For example, exploring how successful social enterprises can translate or offer their business models to support Well North pathfinders with similar goals.

Personally and professionally I operate to strong personal values and beliefs that individuals often possess the knowledge, creativity and ideas to build success and change. In my personal life I offer coaching to new ventures and young people, to support them in pursuing their ambitions and ideas and overcoming obstacles.
