Help shape the Future of the Emerging Leadership Landscape across Public Services

As the health and care landscape evolves, so do the expectations of and opportunities available to our emerging leaders. The NHS North West Leadership Academy Team has a long history of supporting emerging leadership and feel it is time to openly talk about how to take this important agenda forward. You are invited to take part in a conversation culminating in an open space event in Liverpool on 13 November. Well North's Claire Haigh is helping to design and deliver this free event.

It will explore:

• How can we create a more inclusive definition of emerging leaders

• What is it like to be an emerging leader in 2017

• What will we require from our emerging leaders in the future

• How do we create the conditions for emerging leaders in all places and spaces of health and care to flourish and make a difference.

This event is open to anyone who interested in shaping the emerging leaders landscape across public services. We want to create an inclusive conversation where all voices are heard and respected.
