Operations Lead

A qualified project manager, I enjoyed a near 30-year career in both the civil service and local government. Projects included the successful rollout and management of Liverpool's New Deal for Communities programme; neighbourhood management of a small estate in South Sefton and tackling issues leading to crime and disorder across the North West with the Home Office.

At Well North, I manage the programme’s products and projects, ensuring their effectiveness in terms of costs, quality and delivery. I also support the Chief Executive Officer in ensuring the Board and management teams are aware of overall progress across the programme. I lead specific initiatives and work with our pathfinders on delivering their goals.

In terms of my work, I’m passionate in making a real difference to the quality of life of the people who live, work and play across the Well North areas, and about being as professional as I can in all I do. Personally, I’m passionate about my partner, photography and music.
