Ed Stagg

Evaluation Team

After completing my master’s degree in public health in 2016, I have since worked within local government in London on topics relating to child health and addressing inequalities.

Prior to this I was involved in research with the EPIC study at the University of Cambridge – this looked at risk factors for a number of chronic diseases in a cohort of elderly individuals over a time-span of 30 years. The dissertation that I completed for my master’s degree looked at the mental health implications of detaining asylum seekers in detention centres in the UK.

I am working in the Well North Evaluation Team and supporting evaluation in the pathfinder areas.

Aside from public health, I enjoy playing and watching sports, going to gigs and exploring new cities.
