Nick Germain
Project Manager for Well Doncaster
I have worked in the field of public health for the last seven years. Over this period I have developed specialist skills, earning a Masters degree in Public Health and becoming a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health. My previous roles include commissioning, health improvement and public health intelligence.
At Well Doncaster, I oversee the different strands of work at the local level, ensuring that we make progress against our plans and that we capitalise on the opportunities that present. These strands include community engagement, building community resilience, linking community and universal services, responding to identified gaps and evaluating the success of what we’re doing.
I am passionate about improving health and the importance of prevention, and the critical role this will play for future public servicers. Outside work I enjoy running and keeping active, while also juggling the demands of a young family.
